SUMMARY:Run For The High of It - Charity 5k!
DESCRIPTION:Join Team NoStigmas Runners for our first Mental Health Charity 5k! \n Kevin\, Mikayla and Joani have joined forces with Mental Health advocacy organization NoStigmas to raise funds in the name of Suicide Prevention & Mental Health Awareness. We are offering a community 5k run/walk and our goal is to ultimately help fund NoStigmas efforts to spread awareness and break the stigmas surrounding mental health & suicide prevention.   \n *This is a donation based event. Our suggested donation is $20 and 100% of the proceeds go directly to NoStigmas. Read on to learn more about their wonderful organization\, supporting mental health equity\, advocacy\, education\, and peer support. If you’re able to donate more\, thank you! If you are not able to donate\, please join us anyway! \n We are excited to invite friends\, family and the community to kick off the morning of the Washington State Cougars playing Boise State (in Boise!!) with a 5k fundraising for No Stigmas. Everyone is welcome\, regardless of your pace. We firmly believe that the best pace is forward!  \n THIS JUST IN: Stay for the after party… we’re talking street tacos\, beer\, socialization\, and a COWBOY COLD PLUNGE! That’s right\, Cold Cowboy Club\, a contrast therapy center\, will be on hand and offering cold plunges for participants. You won’t want to miss it!! \n We look forward to running\, walking\, and being together with you!!
