We are offering a community 5k run/walk and our goal is to ultimately help fund NoStigmas efforts to spread awareness and break the stigmas surrounding mental health & suicide prevention.   \n *This is a donation based event. Our suggested donation is $20 and 100% of the proceeds go directly to NoStigmas. Read on to learn more about their wonderful organization\, supporting mental health equity\, advocacy\, education\, and peer support. If you’re able to donate more\, thank you! If you are not able to donate\, please join us anyway! \n We are excited to invite friends\, family and the community to kick off the morning of the Washington State Cougars playing Boise State (in Boise!!) with a 5k fundraising for No Stigmas. DESCRIPTION:NoStigmas has partnered with Fleet Feet Chicago and Chicago Endurance Sports this year to provide training plans\, coaching\, and training to all of Team NoStigmas athletes! Part of the incentive for each runner is the private\, supported 20 mile long run. The race Director’s son died by suicide and all proceeds go to S.A.M.
