Morning meditation can be a moment of respite before the rush of the day. One of our four experienced facilitators will be guiding you each week so no prior meditation is necessary. \nEach Tuesday morning session will offer two back to back 15-minute meditations for a total of 30 minutes so those who are beginners or have less time can join for the first 15 minutes beginning at 8:00 am Pacific Time.
