We are committed to providing attendees with the latest treatment and survivorship information in a forum that enables networking. \nAll colorectal cancer patients and survivors\, both in and out of treatment\, as well their caregivers and family members are invited. Advocacy professionals\, medical staff\, and clinicians are also welcome. This conference is focused on education and industry leadership\, and we hope all participants leave with a shared sense of community and empowerment.

SUMMARY:Triage Cancer Purpose in Planning Coping Circle Series
DESCRIPTION:Following a cancer diagnosis\, there are many factors patients\, their families\, and caregivers must manage. This includes treatment decisions and rearranging family or work obligations. During this journey\, it can be difficult for patients and their loved ones to prioritize their responsibilities as well as review the legal and financial questions that can and should be addressed. Thoughtfully planning for themselves and their loved ones allows those impacted by cancer to create a sense of relief\, and hope\, around those unanswered questions.
