StreetWise 30th Anniversary Celebration

StreetWise is commemorating three decades of offering a hand up to
Chicagoans in need. The inaugural event is our anniversary celebration on
Friday, September 30 at Galleria Marchetti (825 W. Erie) and is expected to draw
over 300 attendees.
This all-inclusive evening features a cocktail reception, shopping and bidding in
the StreetWise marketplace, seated dinner and program, and afterparty
cocktails.
StreetWise is one of the nation’s longest running street publications first hit
Chicago streets as a newspaper on August 24, 1992. StreetWise is more than a
magazine. There is no media outlet like it in Chicago. In addition to elevating
marginalized voices it also offers workforce development and support services.
