Please plan to join UCAN on Monday, January 15th at UCAN’s Nichols Center (3605 W. Fillmore Street) to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by serving others, remembering those we’ve lost, and promoting peace in our community.
Dr. King’s willingness to serve and encourage solidarity inspires us. On this day, we will stand together with fellow staff, family members, friends, and participants to remember lives lost and build a stronger foundation for peace.
Our program will include a prayer for the community, a service project to assemble comfort kits for anyone suffering loss, and a catered lunch.
The first 100 registrants will receive a free commemorative hoodie.
