Let’s Talk About the House is Blondena’s HEIRS flagship storytelling and education program that helps families navigate the emotional and practical realities of property inheritance. Originally launched as a virtual series and conference, it combines lived experiences with expert guidance and prescriptive tools to support informed, long-term decision-making. The program partners with community-based organizations to expand access to trusted resources and meaningful conversation.

We’re kicking off our spring programming with the return of our signature series “Let’s Talk About the House!” Join us for a monthly conversation about navigating emotional and practical realities of property inheritance. This month our topic is: “Mom, Dad… We Need to Talk: Preparing for the Next Chapter.” You will walk away with a deeper understanding of succession planning and a course of action. This month we will be joined by Linda R.
