Our expert speaker, Lora Thompson, PhD, Director of Integrative Medicine Service at Moffitt Cancer Center, will explore practical options such as yoga, exercise, nutrition, reiki, mindfulness, and other supportive therapies that can help manage stress, ease symptoms, and enhance quality of life during and after treatment. Designed for both patients and caregivers, this conversation will provide accessible tools and meaningful insights to help participants feel more empowered, supported, and resilient throughout the cancer journey.
