Tuesday Meditations for Caregivers

FreeWe welcome all to join us in our weekly Tuesday morning meditation to begin each Tuesday with presence, intention, and reflection. Morning meditation can be a moment of respite before the rush of the day. One of our four experienced facilitators will be guiding you each week so no prior meditation is necessary.
Each Tuesday morning session will offer two back to back 15-minute meditations for a total of 30 minutes so those who are beginners or have less time can join for the first 15 minutes beginning at 8:00 am Pacific Time. Those who have more time or can sit longer may choose to stay for the second 15 minutes of meditation. See the event website link to register.
